The healthcare industry is facing significant pressure due to the increase in the global population and demand for better healthcare services. To address this challenge, advanced solutions from science and technology are required. Sustainable Operations Practices (SOPs) and Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) are essential for improving Sustainable Performance (SP) in the healthcare industry. The proposed study aims to assess the implementation level of GHRM practices and healthcare 4.0 digital technologies in healthcare organizations in Oman. This study will investigate the correlation between GHRM practices and sustainable performance (SP) in healthcare organizations, while also exploring the mediating roles of healthcare 4.0 digital technologies and SOPs in this relationship.

Project Description:

This study will use experimental and statistical approaches to investigate the machining performance of Nano natural filler bio-composites. It will also include in-depth examinations of the inputs that determine the quality of such materials’ machinability. It will suggest how to select the process parameters required to achieve better manufacturing quality and productivity during dry turning. When studying the machinability, three input parameters for turning operation will be considered, which are feed rate, depth of cut, and spindle speed. Therefore, Response Surface Methodology (RSM) will be applied to optimize the machining input parameters. Further, Artificial Neural Network (ANN) approach will be used to predict the output responses for given input machining parameters.

This project consists of conducting a preliminary design (feasibility study) and build a Downhole Robot prototype that meet the requirements as per the specs of the proof of concept of the robotic tool (pipe size, payload, well temperature, pressure etc.). There are mainly three common methods to harvest energy from environment (electrostatic, electromagnetic, and piezoelectric principle).
